Ingredients
For 3 people:
Tarragon (if possible fresh)
Brussels sprouts 17oz (500g)
Bacon bits 7oz (200g)
Garlic
Butter
Aqua
Salt
Black pepper
Recipe
In a saucepan, boil the water. Once the water has boiled, add the tarragon.
Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
In a frying pan, sauté the bacon. Degrease and set aside.
In
the skillet, melt margarine. Once
the margarine has melted, brown the garlic.
Add
the bacon and pour the tarragon infusion and mix.
Season
with salt and pepper. Add
the Brussels sprouts and mix well.
Let
cook.
You can cook sausages in it but to make them well cooked, it is better to put them under the Brussels sprouts
