Ingredients

For 3 people

  • Radish, 7,05oz (200g)

  • Tuna, 7,05oz (200g)

  • 1 slice of ham steak

  • 4 tomatoes

  • Goat's cheese, 4oz (10g)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 onion

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

Recipe

Cook the eggs in boiling water. Once cooked, peel and let cool.

In a bowl, cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Cut the slice of ham and put it in the bowl.

Cut the eggs into pieces and put them in the bowl.

Cut the goat’s log into small pieces and put it in the bowl.

Put the tuna in the bowl.

Cut the radishes into slices and put them in the bowl.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix.

Season to taste
