Ingredients

For 3 people

  • Potatoes, 28,21oz (800g)

  • Broccoli, 17,63oz (500g)

  • 6 tomatoes

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • Aqua

Recipe

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

Cook the potatoes in boiling water.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and let cool.

Cook the broccoli pieces in boiling water.

Once the broccoli is cooked, drain and let cool.

Once everything is cool, place the potato pieces in a bowl.

Add the broccoli. Mix.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Put them in the bowl. Mix.

Season with salt and pepper.
