For 3 people
3 trout, drained
6 tomatoes
2 red pepper
2 yellow pepper
2 green pepper
Lemon juice
Mint
2 tablespoon of Fish bouillon
Salt
Black pepper
Aqua

Recipe
Boil water with the fish bouillon. Set aside.
In a baking dish, place 3 pieces of folded aluminum foil in a small tray.
Put the trout.
Remove seeds from peppers.
Cut tomatoes and peppers into small pieces in a bowl. Mix.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
In the open trout, put a little tomato and pepper.
Place the remaining vegetables around the trout.
Sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Pour the fish broth over each trout.
Sprinkle a little mint.
Add a little butter.
Cook over low heat for about 1 hour
