Equipment required

  • Vegetable knife

  • 2 plates

  • Saute pan

  • Wooden spoon

  • Stock pot

  • Colander strainer

    Ingredients

For 3 people:

  • 10 Tomatoes

  • White rice 14oz (500g)

  • Mozzarella cheese 8oz (250g)

  • Herbs de Provence

  • Aqua

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • 1 white onion

  • Oil

Recipe

Peel the onion. Cut the onion and tomatoes into small pieces.
In a skillet, heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, brown the onions.

Add the tomatoes and stir. Add the salt, pepper and Provence herbs and water. Mix everything and cook for a few minutes.

In salted water, bring to a boil, cook the rice. Once cooked, drain.
Add the mozzarella and cook for about twenty minutes.
Pour the cooked rice into the pan and mix.
