I wanted to try the combination of rice and mozzarella
Here is the recipe for rice with tomato and mozzarella

Vegetable knife
2 plates
Saute pan
Wooden spoon
Stock pot
Colander strainer
Ingredients
For 3 people:
10 Tomatoes
White rice 14oz (500g)
Mozzarella cheese 8oz (250g)
Herbs de Provence
Aqua
Salt
Black Pepper
1 white onion
Oil
Recipe
Peel
the onion. Cut the onion and
tomatoes into small pieces.
In
a skillet, heat the oil. Once
the oil is hot, brown the onions.
Add the tomatoes and stir. Add the salt, pepper and Provence herbs and water. Mix everything and cook for a few minutes.
In
salted water, bring to a boil, cook the rice. Once
cooked, drain.
Add the
mozzarella and cook for about twenty minutes.
Pour
the cooked rice into the pan and mix.
