Here is the recipe for the turkey with chestnuts and raisins

Ingredients
For 8 people
1 turkey
Ground meat, 15,88 oz (450g)
Butter
1 onion
Browns, 17,99 oz (510g)
2 loaf of bread
Poultry powder
Water
Salt
Thyme
Garlic powder
Pepper
200ml of coconut milk, 7,04fl oz (200ml)
Raisins, 4,41 oz (125g)
Recipe
In a bowl, pour the raisins and coconut milk and mix. Let soak for about 1 hour.
Put boiling water in a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of poultry stock and mix. Set aside.
Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
Cut the chestnuts into small pieces.
In a skillet, melt some butter.
Once the butter has melted, stir in the onions.
When the onions are golden, add the minced meat and cook while mixing.
Add the chestnuts and mix.
Add the raisins and coconut milk and mix.
Put the salt, pepper, thyme and garlic powder and mix.
Pour in the whole poultry stock and add the crumbled toasts. Mix.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Pour the contents into a bowl and film. Let rest for at least 2 hours (I have to leave it 24 hours)
In a buttered oven dish, place the turkey and stuff it with part of the contents of the bowl and pour the rest around the turkey.
Bake 1hour 30-2hours approximately
