• Oven dish

• Pan

• Wooden spoon

Ingredients

For 8 people

• Turkey

• Butter

• Fresh mushrooms, 26,46 oz (750g)

• 1 onion

• Salt

• Pepper

• Cream, 14,08fl oz (40cl)

• Bacon nature, 7,06oz (200g)

• Ground meat, 12,35 oz (350g)

• 3 carrots

• 4 clementines

Recipe

Peel the onion, carrots, mushrooms and clementines. Cut the onion, mushrooms and carrots into small pieces and quarter the clementines.

In a skillet, melt the butter. Once the butter has melted, fry the onions. Add the pieces of carrots. Mix.

Add the bacon and mix.

Add the minced meat and brown it while mixing.

Add the crème fraîche, salt and pepper. Mix.

Add the clementines quarters and mix.

Cook for a few minutes.

Stuff the turkey with some of the contents of the saucepan.

In a baking dish, place the stuffed turkey. Pour the remaining stuffing all around the turkey.

Bake for about 3 hours on medium heat
