8 tomatoes
Oil
Green beans (canned) 1,17lb
Cooked tomato sauce (in a pot) 0,93lb
1 slice of sandwich bread
Salt
Pepper
1 garlic
Water
Parsley
Recipe
Peel the garlic.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Set aside.
Cut the slice of bread into pieces. Set aside.
Drain the green beans. Reserve
In a sauté pan, heat the oil. Once the oil is well hot, brown the pieces of garlic.
Add the pieces of tomatoes and mix.
Add the pieces of bread crumb and mix.
Add the green beans and mix.
Add the pot of cooked tomato sauce and mix.
Salt, pepper, add parsley. Mix everything.
Add a little water, mix.
Cook for about 30-35 minutes over low heat
