8 endives
Oil
Mushrooms sauce
Flour

Pepper
1 garlic
Water
Recipe
Peel the garlic and cut it into pieces. Set aside.
Cut the endives into pieces.
Cook the endives in water. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
In a sauté pan, heat the oil. Once the oil is well hot, brown the pieces of garlic.
Add a tablespoon of mushroom sauce base. Mix.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix.
Add water and mix.
Mix everything to avoid lumps.
Salt, pepper. Mix.
Add the pieces of cooked endives, mix.
